after 10 years 6 months is it right you only get 23.5 days holiday.iam on a wallington rest week duty.The last 2 previous years i was on 21.5 days.OPG full time thanx

the wallington shift is 5 weeks doing 6 days = 48h.hrs and the 6th week off.

I'm relatively new to all this, signed up a while ago & have just found the value of this site.
One question I hope one of you can answer for me... I have been a postie now for 23 years, yes i know I must be mad! :-) and today received my annual leave card for 2009 / 10.
This states that my entitlement is 5 weeks I thought after 20 years service the entitlement was 6 weeks, this is also true of last year.
I may be completely wrong but any help would be appreciated.
