Why can't I book a days annual leave on the 27th Dec?I've had the days after xmas off for the past umpteen years......i'm getting really pissed about this.
Our DIm :cfo keeps quoting xmas pressure.....what feckin pressure after xmas !!
Whats different about this year?
If its a normal working day then why can't I book a days annual ?

No reason at all. At my DO they are letting people take 27th as a holiday as long as:
1. They have enough days left.
2. The daily and agreed limit for staff on leave is not exceeded.
Rep or Area Rep needs to have words.
