So, because there are far worse things happening in the World. You think we should ignore the continued deterioration in the moral standards in our Country?
We all know, that there are terrible things going on, around the World. There are also terrible things happening locally. For example: Someone was recently murdered in her Home, not far from me. There's Drug Dealers, plying their trade within walking distance of my Home. There's kids with knives, and so-called Joy Riders. The list is endless!
Few people have respect for their Country, Community, or even themselves. They think it's ok, to deal drugs openly. And threaten anyone who tries to do anything about it. Where are the good role models for the Youth of today?
They are few, and far between. And yet, there are people getting huge wages, the adolation of millions, and setting a terrible example. Is it any wonder, that these atitudes, are becoming the norm?
Well thats priorities for you. For me ,two tits on a tube or radio don't really move me,just more brain candy. but feel free to push the boat out if you you think thats what counts
My point is: That we shouldn't ignore what's going on elsewhere, or at Home. But if we ignore comparitively minor offences, they start to be sen as the norm. Then the rot gets worse. I believe that if we try to do something about the causes of the rot. We have a better chance of stopping it's progression.
If you take the trouble to look back at some of my comments on other Crimes, which were discussed on here. You'd see that I have very strong oppinions about the lack of deterrants. Which is another contribuitry factor, in our Social decline.
It's not just a British problem, either. It's happening all over the World!
