heard a rumour today that Sky are looking at selling the mag over the counter for a trial period, anyone heard anything about this.

If they are going to double up, that would mean we wouldget 6 times a year instead of 12, that would be a good thing wouldn't it ?

From what I have heard they have cut down the size of the magazine and now will only have 10 issues per year:

BSkyB is reducing the frequency of its four customer magazines, including Skymag, the UK's biggest magazine by circulation, from 12 to ten issues per year from December. Skymag and Sky Movies Magazine will also use the 237mm x 190mm format used by Sky Sports Magazine and Sky Kids.

Agreed Dom - I'm not afraid of work and in the present climate too much is better than none at all - my only
grievance is the shoddy and unprofessional way in which the workload is managed and staffed.

I am not saying reduce letters to us, which as it is not happening on the ground as far as I can see, I was refering to making the workload more manageable, as everyone knows how heavy Sky mags are, if this makes it easier and still get paid the same, I know our reason of being is due to Customers posting mail without which we are out of a job.

Well I can't afford sky, or a colour TV, or Freeview - I have a 14" one I play with and the magazine I have delivered doesn't have a lot to do with sky.
