how are the trials going at your office

how are they going at your office, our office are trying to absorb walks but it doesnt seem to be working everyone is either booking excess or most of us are coming back at our normal times and the managers are having to take it out

Our absorption of walks are due to take place during weeks 9-25 which should be the first week of June.

We have a problem with pegasus. It worked out the new walks but had to leave out one private road and a small new estate of about Â£120 calls. Guess what? It can't put these anywhere because it puts all walks over the time limit. So they are trying to re-jig.
My answer would be to absorb one less walk. But thats too simple isnt it?

were absorbing 3 rounds but havent had pegasus done yet still waiting for it to be completed

i havnt been officially told.. as .. well i wasnt privvy to the WTT for some unknown reason,...
but my trainer told me they are supposed to be implimenting this in our DO from next week..

IIRC they are talking about scrapping 3 rounds and absorbing them...

we are "expected" to "absorb" the two nearest walks to our d.o !!! (weeks 9- 25) we only just manage to finish on time on the two "short" days , if the mail is light !!!! there again it is managements problem. you don't have to work over your hours, despite what uncle adam says !!! :cfo :cfo :cfo :cfo :cfo :cfo

Sod pegasus and geo route crap, im having none of it.
Keep saying it, but if every single person done their work the way its meant to, they would have to put walks into offices!Couple of weeks of that then tell them to leave us alone.
