Does anyone out there know if there is a set proceedure for return to work interview for example can a stage warning be issued before
a return to work interview because i have not had one yet but a stage two turned up on my delivery frame without seeing a real live person just a envelope iam sure this isnt the way to do things in rm.

Moved to Union room so that a rep can see and answer, but it sounds wrong to me, don't they have to do a fact finding session and then decide if the stage issue is issuable. In this case he has not got your side before the stage was issued.

They have probably forgot about the return to work interview(or manager can't be bothered) I wouldn't mention the rtw interview until you go in on your stage 2 and then say that on your last sickness you did not get one and that you would like that placed in the notes, it probably won't make much difference at this stage but it could help in the future.

was it a letter asking you to a stage 2 interview. or did they just give u a stage 2 warning
