We've just started our Georoute, our office has a number of different sections, the DOM is on about bringing it in in stages, so we look at one part thats been geo'd, try and come to a agreement, then implement it, and then do the other sections. But as the whole office is being done, we'll need a repick as well.
Are other offices doing it this way?
This is where I think the CWU has let us down badly, by not having national agreements.

I may be wrong lads but i dont think there is a national agreement on georoute
Register disagreement at stage 1 of I/R framework and get your area rep involved, tell them you will only use table top revisions to plot your walks

CWu have not let you down badly
RM are refusing to enter into a national aggrement for peagasus/georoute
In my patch we use a 88% call rate, other areas have used a different figure, this is one good reason why CWU are pushing for a national aggrement. RM dont want one as it will mess upo their savings plan if they dont get some areas being shafted.

We did some stuff to find out what packets , missed calls, and sign for's we had, and then were told by the guy doing it, that we couldn't change those values. We also bought pouch drops, rest stops, acceleration etc, and was told that it would be the same as now. As acceleration doesn't work at the moment, and we have loads taking their own cars out.
We have a up hill battle in front of us.
