I used to pull them out and throw them on the doorstep, another thing that gets on my nerves is wheelie bins that are left in the middle of the path/gate they are a nightmare to move even when empty :evil/mad
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Or the chavs who see you coming up the path and when you post the letters they pull them through. Makes me jump every time.

Amen to all 4 of these... Obviously I'm not to only one but it's good to see people venting their anger as well

Letters - Pull out and throw on floor
Wheelie bins - Shoulder barge to the side
Cars - ?
Chavs - ?

Yesterday, as I delivered, a guy in front was posting charity bags, the ones to put clothes, bric a brac in. Every one was left hanging out of the letter box and every one was then duly pulled out. After about 40 houses I caught up with him and told him what I thought of him!! The guy shrugged his shoulders, muttered " no English" and carried on doing the same! I followed him from number 1 to number 115!! These guys, free newspaper guys and the ubiquitous pizza leaflet deliverer, get on my t#ts, when they know what they are doing and know you are following behind.
And don't get me started on wheelie bins......................... :speak to the hand

Or the bloke that thinks it funny to pull the mail from my hand while barking!

Yep I come across this too, and I agree these people who delivered these papers are just dammed lazy, and it can be a pain, when you got about 5 letters to put through, sometimes the newspaper dropped on the floor, its a real pain

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

We have them in our area: they actually take the mick out of the people who pay them. I took the liberty of phoning the number on one of the leaflets that a group of *foreign "me-no-speaky-English"* brigaders had just chucked outside a door on the floor. When he answered, the guy just tried to blag his way out of it, by saying they were new to the job and that this sort of thing had never happened [read: been reported] before. They really annoy me: not only from the viewpoint of getting ME to complete their work, but simply because they don't care about the work they do. And that is the attitude which Britain - in fact, the whole world - does not need. Do a job properly and with a good heart and reap the benefits. Don't expect pay for doing something badly. That is disingenuous and dishonest. If you are going to skank a visa out of the Queen on the basis that you will behave yourself while you're in her country, then don't try and pull a fast one and think that nobody will notice. Because we do notice. (Oops - I'll get off my soapbox.... sorry!)

And those are what RM/TNT management want delivering the mail.

I pull them out too. IMO all it does is advertise if someone is at home or not. I'm not doing their job for them and pushing the stuff thru the letterbox.

Really annoys me.
