You're probably not in the RMDCP!

Important note:

If you’ve already nominated beneficiaries with Scottish Widows,

this information has not been transferred to L&G – please log into your account or the L&G app to update your beneficiaries.

I take it this doesn't affect Flexiplan, Bonusplan and CDC avc

If AVC's were going to move from SW, I'm sure someone would get in touch with info. :hmmmm

Disappointingly, I've not heard a bean from either L&G, SW or RM regarding update.

I cans see SW sold all funds on 30th July. Can't login to SW to see when cash was transferred out.
I have emailed L&G and gave them a piece of my mind as this has been quite a poor experience leading up to the transfer.

Were you invited to Register on the app using a unique link or did you just plug your details in and it found your account?

Does your amount Invested (i.e the cash transfer into L&G) match what was transferred out from SW?

I can't log in to SW due to site maintenance but when I could last week, I recorded the amount and the date the funds were sold was 30th July.

Now on L&G the date the funds were transferred in was 29th July and the cash amount is 1.57% higher. Not one to complain but interested to know re teh dates but more importantly how was more cash transferred in than what was sold (and presumably transferred)

I would also check your emails junk folder as plenty of people are saying that emails from L&G are ending up being marked as junk/spam

Got my letter a few weeks ago, but could register online much earlier than I got the letter.

Maybe the letter was delayed...

How can you register without the unique code found in the letter?

I'm assuming you don't have your letter?

If I recall correctly you might be able to register with first name/last name/DOB/postcode and your email that
was associated with the RMDCP account as this info was all transferred across.

Hopefully most people registered their email with the old RMDCP. If not (or if their email has changed) I'd assume the registration will be slightly more protracted in as much they'll have to get in touch with L&G.

If you look on this thread: https://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communi ... 7&t=120397

the posts might give you a clue as to what pension(s) you might be in. You should get some old fashioned statements through the post each year though that say what pension you're in!

It was the RMDCP that transferred to L&G.
