There was talk of a new rota to include Sundays for post 22 staff. There was also talk of it only being hubs that have to supply Sunday staff which sucks if true. Waiting for confirmation of any or all of this but we are still being told we go live 7th September despite no vote on duty pattern, no idea which are the pods and which are the singletons, no idea what the HCTs are supposed to do extra and generally no clue how any of it works or doesn't.
Small office down the road went live 3 weeks ago and has completely collapsed and we are sending 2-3 staff a day there to bail them out. No sign of CWU in any of this debacle.
