IS IT TIME FOR A NEW MANAGEMENT DIRECTION WITHIN ROYAL MAIL ?

IF SO, WHO WOULD BE THE BEST REPLACEMENT FOR "BATMAN & ROBIN" AND WHAT WOULD BE A FAIR SALARY FOR THE TOP JOBS ?

Controversial vote I know but better the backstabber you know than the one you don't. Also if they do go whose to say the next one wont be a Murdoch or someone like him. Better they stay whilst we have them where we want them and can get a decent settlement, and then give them the boot.

Also anyone the Government parachutes in is bound to be briefed to not back down so GB would look strong.

As i think them to should of fecked off years ago and lil ad should of never got the job in 1st place but if we have to get rid of them to bumbling pr**s then we should publicly humiliate them and show them for what they are,, A pair of side show egomaniacs with the moral fiber of a paper machet hammer..

The j arthur rankers should be made to publicly apoligise for how they slandered us by saying "we are underworked and over paid." Then they can feck off WITHOUT A GOLDEN HANDSHAKE !!!! THEY HAD THERE 30 PIECES OF SILVER WHILE WORKING OR SHALL I SAY EMPLOYED FOR RM.. NOT WORKING AS WE WORK THEY FECK THINGS UP AND BLAME US!!!

OUT

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

with these 2 feckin idiots in charge we have no future as an industry surely they should be banging on the powers that be door to get the regulator to loosen the strings so we can compete with the likes of tnt and buisness post and every other tom dick and harry who are given a license to deliver mail cant the regulators see that these firms are cherry picken our buisness from banks water and now even bt its afeckin joke but whos to blame yes the postman and woman its our fault that the top brass at royal mail cant run a piss up in a brewery they announce we are overpaid and underworked then draw 300.000 in bonus payments yet you try and go over your time and book overtime the manager nearly has a heart attack its sickening whats happening to royal mail
what once was a good employer a few years ago has now turned into a farce

don't know who would do better, but it would be nice if they chose someone who actually knew something about the postal system this time, I'm sure we must be a little different to running Asda or some football club.

I don't think Richard Branson would stand a chance. He seems too honest a bloke, He didn't get a look in with camelot, heaven forbid the thought He might've actually given the money back to more deserving causes. We all know the government wouldn't like that. No, it would have to be someone as greedy as them! Nice choice though, Rocky.

Nobody had heard of the civil service types except for the one who threw his dummy when Hesseltine's privatization plans failed.
What about people who opposed the business plan
Talking of high pay what about the golden handshakes for people who fell out/resigned with the RM board i.e .TOIME 1-2 million

Hahahahahaha. If there wasn`t any sense to the strike do you think any of us here would drop a days wages to picket? I`m pretty sure I`m doing it for a reason.
