Paper pay slips

Can anyone shed some light on if we are allowed paper pay slips, if we do not want to get them electronically. I have read online under tge employment right act 1996, we can do this. I do not want to use Robin.

You just have to see your manager every week/month and get a printout. Plenty of people in our office do.

You don't have to use Robin to get them online.

Do you mean you don't want to use Robin full stop ? That's understandable it's full of photos of managers celebrating utter s**t.

You can go straight to the people app via robin where you can get straight to all the relevant sections without assaulting your eyes with the rest of the crap (obviously you have to register so you can log in)

Incidentally our manager says she will no longer be able to order uniform for people so that's another way they're trying to force it upon us.

Yes you can ask for paper payslips. If you have accessed your payslips online you will need a good reason why you now want paper payslips.

That's what I thought, some of the people at ours who don't and never will get a smartphone or pc said I couldn't give a f**k I'll wear what I've got and when it wears out I'll just wear some old jeans or joggers it's up to them to get me some uniform
