Will monthly pay colleagues be able to see it on their pay chits yet anyway, if the payroll is being run today?

Monthly-Paid Contracted Employees
Cut-off will be Sunday 21st December
Final payroll will run on Tuesday 23rd December
Pay date will be Wednesday 31st December

I work 30hrs, I got £75 xmas bonus and a £75 "incentive underpin payment," whatever that is..

How many hours you contacted to? I presume the fulltimers got £100 for bonus and £100 incentive

They should receive some bonus based on the hours they were contracted to work during the qualifying period, not the hours they did on overtime.
If they can see the payslip online and there's no bonus on it at all they obviously need to query it.

My colleague on a 37-hr new-entrant contract got £98.50 x2 — £197 in total — compared to my £200 (£100/£100) with me on a 40-hr new-entrant contract. Unfair for him that he loses £3 on the bonus compared to a 37-hr legacy-contract colleague.

Ah, you know that crossed my mind when I read the comment this morning, I thought is RM basing the new contract bonus on 40 rather than 37, and it's true - jeez another kick in the arse for newbies.

Well I initially thought so based on the 37 hrs which to most people would be full time, but Smooth Backgrounds post (a few posts above) explaining the 40 hrs contract thing seems to provide an explanation why you've got less than the 100, which IMHO is a bit sneaky of RM.

37/40 X 100 = 92.50

But the quote from the Xmas arrangements LTB doesn't mention your particular situation:

4. Christmas Pay Supplement
The Christmas pay supplement of £100 for full time OPG and OSGs, pro-rated for part timers
and 35-hour full timers (subject to the arrangements in Section 7) will be paid on Friday 19th
December. The eligibility criteria for the Christmas supplement payment will be the same as
last year, based on the four December weeks (commencing Monday, 24th November). In the
event of any Industrial Action the abatement criteria will be drawn from the PBS agreement.

The separate payment of £100 (pro rata for PT and 35hr full time employees) agreed in the
National Joint Statement - New Incentive Arrangements June 2012 will also be paid on Friday,
19h December. As in previous years, any necessary top up payments for Part Time or 35 hr
Full time employees will be made in January 2026 in accordance with the actual hours worked
at standard rate, beyond contractual during 2025.
For the purpose of clarity, individuals employed on post December 2022 monthly paid OPG
terms and conditions, will also qualify for both Christmas payments for Peak 2025 in line with
the scheme arrangements.
