I think I posted this some time ago but it's worth highlighting again. http://www.killercoke.org/ I urge every trade unionist to have a good read of this site, pass it on and stop buying their products, it kills trade unionists.Night Tonic wrote:CWU is worldwide and if you're a trade unionist in Columbia, death is highly likely - check out Mark Thomas (You Tube) on Coca-Cola!
Down with the blackleg, all workers unite.

Awful I know ,and 1 murder is one too many but it does pale into insignificance when you consider the CIA organised slaughter of 4 million union members in Indonesia. Seem to recall a bit of fuss about an Austrian doing a similar thing. Still if you're short and brown skinned you ain't one of us and as an under person you don't merit the coverage

Yeah, i agree, an injury to one is an injury to all.linkinpark wrote:Sorry brother or sister but trade Unionism is a lot bigger than just the CWU! Not wishing to be boring but unions are not just about local issues but about us ALL and the way we treat each other, because looking at life in a selfish way what goes around comes around and if HQ are talking about international issues then they have at least got something right despite what they do to us and our terms and conditions. Please look at and act on what you read on this site because one day it may be you!donut wrote:This could really affect our pension issue .......WTF ??

But comrades i just wish they would be a little more consistent at CWU HQ.
You only have to ask a Rep from the Northern Ireland No1 Branch who was threatened by Paramilitaries what help and assistance he was given by OUR General Secretary Billy Hayes!
