New entrants

So its the 1st of December.. allegedly today was the day that anyone who started EXACTLY 3 years ago, they would be the first ones to start getting equalized up.. amazing how the lies keep dripfeeding through the CWU.. Secondly we ve also heard that from the day the Czech sphinx came into ownership that we would of heard from the CWU again EXACTLY 3 months from takeover about the 1st step and what the first step EVEN was.. simply no communication from the apparent communication kings... thank you CWU ..great effort this year and giving new starts such incentive to work through this festive phase..

I would get used to being let down by the CWU if I was you. It’s a giant gravy train used to boost Ward and Walsh’s fat pensions and it’s also a mechanism for lazy self serving prick posties to rise to area rep positions in order to avoid work and be on constant release. Maybe 3 decades ago it was there to help and fight for members but now it’s just another arm of RM management.

Fair comment. I should say some reps, obviously not all.
Just from experience I have seen some rise up the CWU ranks clearly to help themselves and not others.

Whilst abused is unacceptable it's not true that reps 'are trying their best'. Many local reps do nothing because they are not trained properly. Above the local reps it really is true that they aren't trying their best.
