The 1.5% increase is dependent on trials that are being carried out. Once they are agreed then we get it. Lets hope those trial offices make sure it does not work. Because for what royal mail want for £5.13 is our souls......they will have us by the short and curlies how can the union agree a increase that is dependant on trials being accepted.........what if they don't work..do we get a rise.

Yep, thats about it! Just wondering, how many people who voted for the deal are beginnig to regret their actions, taking on board any extra work and inconvenience that they now have to put up with?Phantom wrote:It is not a bonus payment it was a sweetner to get the changes through and some idiots fell for it!chooching100 wrote:WELL HEARD TODAY THE THE £400 bonus we will finaly have this friday yippee

well i know that me and a lot of others didnt vote for this, and the sacrifices we made while on strike..so i didnt sell myself out...the s**t will hit the fan..and the ones that will be moaning the loudest will be the twats who either didnt bother to even look at the shitty deal they were throwing at us..or didnt care...so lets hope it affects them the most..
at the end of the day the deal is in.we got shafted, but i will take that £400 thank you very much...its not like i voted for the deal or went in on the strikes..
