I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Oh interesting ....stress awareness week without addressing the bullying by line managers is kind of a little bit pointless. Also as a veteran of 29 years service with CPTSD how do I answer that questionnaire now I've had to leave Royal Mail because of the bullying and stress and complete lack of leadership to understand a thing. Despite saying all the good supportive words they continue to ignore the reality of the job.

The questionnaire is a CWU questionnaire not RM. Are/were you in CWU? Obviously its a bit late now, but if you follow the link it provides a further link to the questionnaire that you could fill in and return to your office local branch or CWU HQ itself, informing them of how lack of support within the workplace didn't help you.
