We are not getting the £400 because.........

Post by dididw »

Our office will not get the £400 owed, even after weve been doing the flexibility, longs & shorts and working in other offices for 2 months.
They have said we will not get the money until we absorb outdoor work during summer traffic (only indoor is mentioned under the phase 2 agreement) and that IF ONLY its achievable in duty time.

Anyone else receiving problems with managers that go out of the agreements for office savings ?

Outdoor element is under phase three.Only when trials are completed will summer lapsing etc be discussed.Get your rep or Area rep involved now!!
Otherwise withdraw your flex AGREEMENT if they wont pay out, they have no excuses not to.

Dont worry, they have until tomorrow morning to say WE ARE getting the £400 or its back to the old ways.........everybody is well f***ed off with RM, we will hit them where it really hurts. We have very large rural deliveries which daily claim loads of overtime, we are gonna all work our allotted times and let the managers deliver the cut-offs until late at night. :dance

I really hope it's the same in my office because I'll be doubled over laughing at all the sad gits who agreed to it. :left: :left:

25th april is the date so long as phase 2 was signed up in time.

Your managers are talking shite, they must be the rouge managers the CWU like to talk about.

I can t remember the number of times I have stressed how shite and disjointed RM management is.

How on earth can some managers say that their office is not getting the £400.00 and some say theirs is. It is now becoming so amateurish its sad. :d'oh!

Lets reject the money and just go back to job and knock.

:cfo Leighton and Crozier, you are embarrasing :lfo .

We should get it in our pay not whenever they decide we've hit whatever targets they decide upon.

Our 'flexibilty' agreement was all signed and sealed and the £400 was announced at the Work Time Lying Session.

A week later our DIM told us that as we hadn't signed up to 3 person sections (which they stopped years ago) the £400 was no more.

We were told our £400 was on it's way, both the union and local management signed up an agreement. Meanwhile, a totally separate review of duties was taking place in the office, which the local rep registered a disagreement with. Now a manager higher up the RM ladder has told the Unit Rep that payment of the £400 is being withheld until we agree all the duty cuts that RM want. Needless to say, this has now gone to a stage 3 disagreement under the IR framework
