Your course of action will depend on whether you’re Angard or Royal Mail casual (I’m assuming Angard as you’re posting here) and to some extent what the actual issue is but you can contact

payroll.queries@angardstaffing.co.uk

They’re not the quickest at replying but they should get back to you. If you don’t want to wait then you can call them up (phone number is pretty easy to find)

But the first thing I would do is check your JoinedUp account to see how they’re arriving at the figure they’ve paid you for. Then you’ll know what to query.

Hi.

I worked as a Christmas Temp in November/December and haven’t received my pay for my first 2 shifts which was a total of 13 hours. I’ve contacted Angard Staffing multiple times and they said they need my manager to confirm that I actually worked those shifts. It’s now been 2 months since those shifts and I’m a student so I rely on the money for essentials. Angard have told me to be patient and I have but now I’ve had enough.

Any advice to what I can do ?

What’s the status of those two shifts in your JoinedUp account? Did you scan in/out at your Mail Centre with the electronic Sign-in/Sign Out terminal at all?

The next step if all else fails will be to raise an official grievance with Angard in order to get a resolution

A grievance letter using the ACAS template. Email and signed for letter.
