CWU has basically turned into the self-preservation society but the only thing they are preserving is self serving to the CWU and nothing to do with the members. It's turned into what I would call a mini fiefdom

Absolutely nothing for ordinary members. The editing is an example of just what a waste of workers money the Comms department is. How much is this mouthpiece from novara media being paid to front this rubbish? Again Ward sets off attacking the members telling them to fit in or f**k off along with implying workers are blocking change. We're already doing everything we can to keep the job going. New entrants are already working around Ward's 'new products to capture the market'. Members can't afford this leadership. And the leadership are touting round desperate to find another union who will keep them off the bag. Any self respecting union out there will stay well clear of the shitshow that is the CWU.
