Does anyone know why the my bundle technology and smart phone pages aren’t working says closed and will be back soon but it’s been closed for months any idea as wanted to get a new computer.

According to them they are designing a new "experience" for us but I think there's more to it than that.

Yes I do wonder? I know they aren’t good at anything technical but maybe they aren’t happy to work with Royal Mail anymore?
Annoying as really wanted to buy a new Mac and it’s a good way to do it.
I worked at the NHS for 5 years and they had a better system they took any taxes at source which worked better I owe the tax man now but they are making it so hard to repay them in instalments I can’t be bothered to try lol

As of Feb 2024 still closed. Doubt it will reopen. Probably went the same way as our £500

Still closed December 2024 !!!!! Cannot see it coming back
