does anyone know if this is the case

£400 is for phase 2 introduceing local felxiblity (long and short's) and as for royalmail declareing backruptcy why not FOR :cfo & :lfo ARE MORALLY BANKRUPT AND HAVE DRIVEN THEIR ETHOS UPON THIS ONCE GREAT SERVICE FOR IT IS NO MORE!.

We were also told today about 25th April for £400 bonus but the flexibility of option 1 4 x 10 hour shifts 1 long weekend every 3 weeks option 2: 6 x 10 hour shifts 1 week off every 3 weeks. How do you all feel about this?

For those offices that havent signed the agreement yet it has now been given another date of 2nd May with a Paymenet date of 28th May. Thiinks a bit of Bull s**t is coming from HQ States that 1500 offices have signed up only leaving 150 in the Country. Seems strange to me when 10 out of 12 in my area havent signed anything yet.

Apparently my Union has signed our rural office up to this agreement without even consulting us.

Our Area Rep has just signed us to a deal without asking us and has made 8 duties parttime did'nt speak to any of the staff who have lost thier dutie they found out because another member of staff had heard 2 managers talking about it on the floor.
