Does anybody know when will we be receiving the £400 for the flexibility agreements that has been signed off??-

I too heard it was next week and as we signed off phase 2 2 weeks ago I expect to get my 30 pieces of silver - pro rata of course. Though in all sincerity the reps did a good job, gave nothing to achieve much. There is still a chasm between the managers and the workforce and the different interpretations of what has actually been agreed is a sight to behold. For example the management think the 30 minutes flexibility is to be an ongoing thing when in reality it is to be discussed at the weekly meetings and agreed in advance not at 8 that morning. The ink wasn't dry on the paper when the agreed longs and shorts times had been changed by an over zealous manager only to be told - no change allowed - otherwise the agreement is out and we go back to square one.

think that you will find that the £400 is to be payed in "colleague share dividends" redeemable as cash in 2011 at the earlist . thats what i read in the agreement.cobra wrote:
