I was just wondering if anyone could help me with regards pay/allowances which Postman are eligible to recieve. I know that drivers who drive 3.5 tonne upwards are due MGV allowances (about £27 a week), and obviously any nights staff which remain recieve Night Shift allowance, I was just wondering if anyone can advise me should the A-Level task guy be due any sort of extra allowance? i.e leadership allowance?
I know that the chap who used to carry out this duty recieved some kind of extra allowance (perhaps a protected PHG allowance, im not totally sure), however since I have taken over the role, I have had no leadership allowance etc added on, and was just wondering if it would be/could be something im entitled to??
any help would be appreciated
