Network Window - 380 delivery offices go live

One of our biggest transformation activities this year is the extension of the Network Window.

It’s a key part of our agreement with the CWU and is the largest operational change in over 20 years in Royal Mail.

From today, around 380 delivery offices will be changing their attendance times. This is the first step in our deployment of the new Network Window. The remaining offices will go live on a phased basis from 13 May.

I'd give it 6 months tops, before many DOs end up being made even later when the wave 2 runs from the MCs constantly get caught up in traffic

Still got people in on overtime when it's not required.

Can't wait for the later starting times, especially when I have to wait in rush hour traffic, going out on delivery at the hottest time of day in summer, can't get into flats because the service button has cut off at midday, one o'clock specials getting done in less time, schools won't get there mail for days possibly as they close at 3 and we finish at half 4 businesses will be on there lunch breaks and can't get a signature so will have to leave a p739. This business is going backwards and is not innovating, muppets running this s#!t show.

I do like your posts, George. You can't fail but put old guard, old school etc in all your posts. Are you ageist by any chance? One things for sure fella, one day, if you are lucky you will be 'old' too.
