Ah when we said £400 for flex ,that was before the markets nosedived and mail traffic dropped again.
Clearly given the altered trading situation we are unable to satisfy this perk without jepordising the health of the company. Lets all tighten our belts

I too heard it was next week and as we signed off phase 2 2 weeks ago I expect to get my 30 pieces of silver - pro rata of course. Though in all sincerity the reps did a good job, gave nothing to achieve much. There is still a chasm between the managers and the workforce and the different interpretations of what has actually been agreed is a sight to behold. For example the management think the 30 minutes flexibility is to be an ongoing thing when in reality it is to be discussed at the weekly meetings and agreed in advance not at 8 that morning. The ink wasn't dry on the paper when the agreed longs and shorts times had been changed by an over zealous manager only to be told - no change allowed - otherwise the agreement is out and we go back to square one.

I am quite looking forward to summer efficiency - how we are going to collapse some duties and then have them delivered by person or persons unknown and how we get them to the location is certainly going to be a test of a managers skill in logistics. Did I say skill :left: :left: :left: :left:

Summer lapsing what a joke down here in dorset won't say where cos we all know our dum's check this site ,anyway we can't cope with peggysus
most weeks the silly overpaid and under worked dum's have to go out to cover cut-off's and overtime which cannot be covered. So I say bring it on

think that you will find that the £400 is to be payed in "colleague share dividends" redeemable as cash in 2011 at the earlist . thats what i read in the agreement.

does any one read it differently?
