Compensation

Post by comeracing »

Honestly RM are a complete shambles , for as long as I remember compensation for recorded delivery has always been £50 ,as well as putting stamp prices up to fill the pockets of top knobs and shareholders ,they've reduced compensation from £50 to £20 for a recorded delivery , a very crafty move .

The public should also be aware that they can also get compensation for 1st class and 2nd class stamped mail due to delay/loss.....I often used to get a certificate of posting from the post office.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
