How many weeks overtime before you take annual leave is used as an average?

24 weeks prior to your leave, split in to 6 consecutive 4 week periods.
In each defined 4 week period you have to have completed a minimum of 8hrs OT
Even if you did 20hrs in five of the 4 week periods but only did 7hrs 59min in the sixth, you will not be paid average OT when on leave
