Looks like it’s an issue with the App going into the new financial year, normally you can see the A/L carried forward, I’m sure it all be sorted! Although I always have a screenshot handy just in case

They can’t deny you your holiday entitlement! Awkward as it might be for them, staffing levels are their issue to solve. Please don’t let them get away with taking your allowance from you.
