Hello everyone. I am consistently underpaid my overtime. How do I find out if the manager has missed updating my overtime or if the PSP is down and it will show up on my next payslip?
I don't want to bother my manager every week. I am paid weekly. Is overtime paid previous Saturday to Friday? Or sometimes to Thursday?
Hope the question makes sense. Cheers.

I don't know of any way joe bloggs can find out, sorry.
On this case though, I believe PSP ran early, Saturday, rather than Tuesday, so any overtime form Friday or Saturday ( or just Saturday/ part of Saturday if your payroll person does Saturday) will roll over to next week.
In this case it was run early. This week it will likely run early because of the bank holiday, though I might be wrong about that (Friday bank holiday is weird, Monday bank holiday always runs early afaik.).
It also ran early 2 and 3 weeks ago, I think. Might've been 3 and 4. They're messing with stuff in the background so it's a little unpredictable right now.
In general, payroll closes Tuesday, any overtime from Sunday or earlier should arrive on time.

I couldn’t agree more , of course you should be bothering them , make sure you keep a proper record of your hours worked, I keep a record on the notes app on my phone so I can cross reference. Management cannot be trusted under any circumstances. Ever.Clappedoutpostie wrote: ↑26 Mar 2024, 19:21I would bother them every hour of everyday until it was sorted. I wouldn’t work anymore overtime until that happens either.
