Polling Cards 2024

Post by mattick »

Are we getting paid for polling cards this year? Or has the union sold this right for some more magic beans again!

Yes you get paid for polling cards.
But we don't all get the same rate.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I wonder if they'll be DTS, I hope so it really took the edge off the council tax letters two weeks ago

Yet again something that doesn't make sense, it's 3p for us, is it a regional thing or what ?

It was mentioned in another thread that DTS might be turn off around the country this week, so it's going to depend on when they arrive and what format they are in. We'd often put the old format through the machines, it would sort a good few

Regardless if the poll cards are in envelopes or not. They attract a payment. Talk to your rep/branch if your manager is going to try to not pay.

Talk to your rep - our managers said the same thing. Our rep checked with the agreement and yes you are meant to be paid, so count them 😁
