glenno, how was it decided that you would go from a static day off to a rotating day.
If the answer to this is your manager and every delivery duty then i believe it would constitute a full office resign under the heading of a managerially driven change. this is explained tin The Way Forward.
Does it affect a significant amount of staff to constitute a resign?
without going throught TWF again approx 30% of duties have had their attendance times changed by more than 30 mins or had 25% of its content changed. The changing of a day off would in my opinion constitute a change worhty of a resign if this is your wish.

obviously i have made some rather sweeping assumptions to reach this opinion, so please bear this in mind when you go into work and let fly with the wrath of glenno according to the book of bogstandard.
