I suggest you all get a broom and shove it up your arse now . why would you agree to that load of rubbish?

Remember this is all down to ACTUAL mail volumes falling which they don't!!! and then the reliance on overtime which RM take for granted but staff won't stop doing it coz they've got em' by the balls.

If you do the job correctly - ie: Start on your time - IPS - Prep - Redirections - Killers - Sort missorts - Tie up weighing each bag - Take your break - Catch a bus to your walk or RM van whatever your office does - Deliver while 2pm as this is the last letter - 15 mins to pouch off 739 items to the nearest post office

Then you shouldn't have a problem, I know I don't! :Very Happy

You'd be lucky if your office had it's full quota of staff so any collapsing of duties will only be down to the minimum of staff in the office.
