French postman in RMC !
Hello everybody ,
I'm Turbine , a young french postman. I work in the middle of France in the countryside. I work on 26 tours . Sorry if my english is bad , I had'nt go at school enough !!
I takepart in a french forum of mailmen : www.leforumdesfacteurs.com and we are looking for comments about the evolution of the Post in other countries like UK .
So, I 'll try to read some topics and understand them ( It 'll be a little difficult!!)
A bientot sur le forum !

Well i never, welcome friend, good to have you on board.
What has happened over here and i will put it as plain as i can is this.
Competition has come in and have taken the best bits off us.
We have a regulator who have tied our hands(The company) behind our back.
We have had mass job losses 45,000 + over the last few years with more to come, possible 30,000/40,000 over the next few years.
Post offices at a very fast rate are closing,2,500 this year.
The service for the customer over all is declining.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

La traduction en ligne se balance mais je ne suis pas sûr de la grammaire (je ne voudrais pas que cela se retrouve à un livre de la traduction douteuse)

Re: Welcome Turbine 63
I used a plan almost as cunning as one of yours, Baldrick - an online translator - take a tip - do the translation and then reverse it to see if it makes sense.baldrick wrote:rhino49 wrote:Soyez bienvenus à RMC, turbine 63.
