Hi what's the new attendance I have been sick this week and they are asking me to go in sat for a face to face if I don't go told they will stop pay. Did think the face to face meetings where 28 days or has it changed any union info on it thanks

Told me to get a taxi in when I sed not fit to drive there be about £60

Good luck getting any advice or help from union,they gonna tell you the “take a grievance out” line

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

As you probably know RM Management are a bunch of bullies and are trying to scare you to attend a face 2face meeting.Obviously ,they are not interested in your wellbeing asking you to get a taxi !
Management haphazardly will stop pay citing unauthorised leave causing you stress and anxiety.
Invite them to your home for a meeting that way you are not refusing and they will have no grounds whatsoever to stop pay.
