Hi it is looking like I will be getting IHR due to an ongoing injury.

Does anyone have a copy of the new IHR details as regards the new agreement?

I can't find it written down anywhere. Some say its 12 weeks lump sum plus 12 weeks PILON. Is this hear say?

its on the RM people app, theres a 36 page PDF file where all you need to know is in there

its 16 weeks btw tax free, the 12 week pilon taxed is based on service (i think 10 years for max)

depends on your hrs

if 37 hrs, its 16 weeks tax free on 37hrs

20 years is 12 weeks pilon taxed

plus any holidays taxed

roughly, could be wrong

The above is correct we are going to lose about £8000 thanks to the union.

Hi I’m just after a bit of info, I had a meeting with my manager on the 6th October, HR offered me IHR or a compensation package which I have agreed but haven’t had any figures yet. Spoke to my DOM this morning who said it’s still going through, I need to know how long it takes from this point to the money going into your bank please.

I was ill health retired in May after 20 years.
I took the call with the doctor on the Friday recieved a written amount offered on the Tuesday and signed on the Thursday and the money was in my account the following Friday.
This was before the vote and new agreements so I'm not sure it's quite so straightforward but good luck.
