Quick question but if you are on overtime and go part sick does it count towards the attendance procedure

Did you mean that you’re working your day off?

I'd hazard a guess with what I think is a reasonable answer, if you agreed to stop being paid the overtime when you stopped working and returned the following day then surely you haven't actually been off sick in regular works time in the same way as for example you were ill throwing up or the trots during the evening but recovered sufficiently to attend work the next day.

Obviously this couldn't apply if you had to leave part way through a standard working day, in that case you'd be off sick.

For money.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

My own educated response.

As overtime is in excess of contracted hours, you cannot breach the attendance procedure and instigate an attendance review,
