I think I've done manual handling training 3 times over the last 30 odd years

Same here once in the 2nd delivery day's (sandwich provided) and once about a year ago (no sandwich provided standard's have fallen) in 29 years.

weve not had one for 3 years and no workplace coach either.Everyone is so done with the job young and old all past caring.

Every 3 years we just get the workplace rep turn up with about 10 sheets of paper, sign here, sign here, sign here sign here, sign here, no one’s got a clue what they’ve signed for if you ask it was for that WPL video we never had
