Hi
I need to bring a grievance, can anyone point me to the relevant forms to fill out please. I am not in work atm, and getting hold of rep is not great. thanks

It is not necessary to use a specific form to lodge a grievance. Have a read of the individual grievance procedure prior to lodging a grievance. If you still wish to raise a grievance then write to the employer stating that you are initiating the individual grievance procedure. The statement does not need to be fully detailed as the hearing is your opportunity to explain your grievance.

This procedure is a joke you don't get a response and if you do your one of the lucky ones not only that I doubt you'll get help from union. We need something in place which is quicker let's face it a postie does something wrong there quick enough to jump on you..
