I’ve noticed on pay slip that my sick pay has gone to half.
Should I have been given notice by relevant management or line manager or RM payroll that this had come into effect??

Playing the long game, till they can get you in their sights to remove from the business. It’s all there in the agreement, conduct and dismissal unless you’re pregnant

Re: Notice of reduction to half sick pay
After 12 months sick and when on a no-pay basis, the DSS guidelines say get rid of the employee.
Same for everyone not just RM.

Re: Notice of reduction to half sick pay
Do you still get 6 months full pay and 6 months half when unable to work? Or has this changed with all the new rubbish the union agreed to?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
