Haven’t been payed holiday pay after leaving…is this normal….thoughts?

It's paid pro rata. Have you used any of your holiday time this year?
You're entitled to about half of your annual entitlement if you've just left and not taken any of it yet?

This has been asked on here before, the answer was that it's down to your manager to inform HR, no idea why they can't just take the info from the psp system to see what you've taken and work out if they owe you or vice versa.
So from that I'd imagine you'll have to pester your ex manager who probably couldn't be arsed to do it.
Oh yeah as someone else asked have you worked out what you're due, if you're lucky you might have used your allocation, an easy example would be if you left last day of July then that's 4 months of the leave year so you'd be entitled to a third of your allowance.
