I've heard hearsay via the union that people can transfer on the basis that they trade their current terms and conditions for the new ones. So yes, if true would involve Sundays. It used to be that you could transfer from one office to another on the basis you trade full-time hours for part-time hours.

The 5 day week is coming, 5000 potential positions will be offered hopefully a more generous VR package then that tosser ST was offering. Maybe hold out, then reapply for positions at your intended new location

Does anyone know if there is a period I have to wait in between leaving the business and reapplying.

Between 6-12 months at a guess, but sure you still get asked if you have ever worked for RM.

Best way to transfer is to do it yourself,if you can visit the office you want and speak to the manager,if your current office is understaffed they won't be in a hurry to let you go
