Look at the share price. What do you think?

Is it true? I wouldn't put it past RM to be an excuse just to ram through even more changes on the top of the ones we know about

If you look at the overheads in your unit, is your Dom trying to or being told to cut them, from that draw your own conclusions

More change for less pay will be the mantra until the company folds in on itself.

Everything will now be cut and it will fall on you, recruitment will grind to a halt if it hasn’t already, breakdowns won’t be repaired swiftly that will be an excuse to fail more deliveries, adverse weather = fail duties, off sick =fail duties (ideally without having to pay sick leave).

Yes it does.
Revenue levels are very low during the summer but costs are fixed so we tend to have a cash flow crisis every summer.

However from what I'm hearing following last year's particularly bad results this summer is really bad.

I believe this is the real reason behind the delay in paying the lump sum, the business just does not have the available cash.

Insolvency is unlikely but the usual penny pinching on everything from overtime to elastic bands has already started.

I've said this before, but I believe small (retail) shareholders will effectively be wiped out following an eventual share re-issue that will water down and dilute existing small share holders, but give large share holders the opportunity to increase their holding at bargain basement prices.
An equity raise / debt for equity swap whatever you want to call it, at some point I feel is on the cards here.
And to be honest, if it saves the business and our jobs, I'm all up for it.

The first quarter results are out on Thursday, so we'll find out then.
My feeling is that whilst the group is still losing money, losses are lower than last year. This seems to be borne out by the share price which is currently £2.60 up 11.5p today that's 4.63% against the overall FTSE 250 index which is up 1.13%.

I'd expect one of the Mail affiliated "news for rich people" sites would have started trying to panic all their "hobbyist investors" by now if it were true, but all the news about RM is "guy sacked for using a ladder" and "paedophile allowed to deliver to schools"
