if it’s a ‘no’ vote? What I am specifically asking about is
will things be reset to zero on 1st August, or for example if
I was already sick last month then I’m sick in August again,
would I not be getting paid then? Also, what happens
if you work 3 x 12 hour 20 minutes shifts instead of 5 days,
how does that work with regards to not getting paid
for the first 3 days? Thanks
