I’m guessing specials will be binned off, they’ve nearly nose dived anyway tracked 24 basically does the same thing with a photo and signature and a time slot which I dnt think the special does bar guaranteeing it between 12-1

When PF gets merged into RM, maybe SDs will effectively become a PF product

That's if common sense prevails, they usually comment that the customer wants the 1pm deadline which I doubt very much these days as hardly any of my specials recently appear to be from large businesses they tend to be either hand written or have the look of being "printed off at home", but even if that's the case what about offering a 3rd price option of a slightly lower price for simply next day.

If Tracked were to be made available in PO branches as well as online then I reckon we'd see a big drop in the remaining SDs

Most definitely. People sending at post office will just go for special delivery because it’s guaranteed next day and can be tracked and not be too fussed about 1pm or the big ticket insurance. Tracked24 would suit these people just fine. I don’t think too many senders are arsed about a signature either so long as it ends up in the right place.

Common sense doesn't exist. With later times and premium product, it will go 9am by 1pm and 1pm by 7pm lol
