£400 flexibility.
Have any delivery offices out there signed off the flexibility agreement and triggered the £400 pay out due in April?
For the record it not looking good in my office.

Not entered into talks yet with my DOM, as no release yet, hoping to discuss friday as he said this week and he is not in most saturdays.

What £400 Bogus
In our office not heard a dickie bird from managers or union about anything since we went back after the AI.
Judging by the number of people booking o/t and off sick I don't think we will ever make it - RM knows this and it is most likely cheaper for them to pay the o/t than the £400 BOGUS.
Gives them a stick to beat us with too for not being compliant.

Re: What £400 Bogus
It is possible that unless all the criteria are met then they are unable to fulfil their part of the bargain whilst we are prepared to BUT unable to because they aren't capable of providing the tools to do the job, such as new equipment, drop boxes, sufficient seats to convey, sufficient time to convey pouches etc etc. It would then put the onus on them to meet the conditions.traww wrote:In our office not heard a dickie bird from managers or union about anything since we went back after the AI.

we have it agreed here in wales were all on a rotational day off and we have all agreed to work 1 day for free and that way there is no extra to do throughout the summer weeks and no one gets taken off there job and no dutys get condensed
£400 payout all signed off and agreed but were in a good office and out dom is ok ( sort of) but were only a small office (70/80) dont think this would work if we were any bigger

Phase 2 of the agreement should only absorb indoor work. Why are you going back to a 6 day a week during the summer months?wakkono wrote:we have it agreed here in wales were all on a rotational day off and we have all agreed to work 1 day for free and that way there is no extra to do throughout the summer weeks and no one gets taken off there job and no dutys get condensed
