Contact Details for RM to submit to ACAS

Good Afternoon all,
I am hoping that somebody will reply to this new post and allow me the opportunity to obtain some info. So, cutting to the chase, I have submitted a case to ACAS regarding me leaving the business as an OPG Postman. Part of submitting my claim is to provide the details of who from Royal Mail needs to be assigned as a contact for which ACAS can liaise with.
I have repeatedly asked my local branch for this information and so far I have had zero response which is a little frustrating. I have been given the deadline of Tuesday 11th, April to provide the details to ACAS.
Thank you in advance for any support and hopefully I will hear some positive response.

It will be either your Delivery Office Manager (DOM) or Mail Centre Manager.

You will have already put on the form the registered address being Victoria Embankment London.

Might I ask briefly why an application to ACAS with leaving the business, are you intending submitting a claim to the Tribunal service for redress?

Thank you very much for your reply. I’m not sure my DOM is the contact for any matters relating to ACAS and conciliation, I’m pretty sure it will have to be someone from HR or the ERCM Team.

ACAS like to resolve issues locally first.
The manager will give the contact details with HR if necessary.

I don’t think my DOM/COM would have sufficient remit to deal with ACAS, it would be above their pay grade! I’ll email ERCM Team and hope they are able to respond quicker than what the CWU have…….
