STILL AWAITING APPEALS

should get the results of our appeals hopefully this week they have taken nearly 6 months since we last worked feeling positive about the cases, if there is any justice fingers crossed.If we don't win everything legal is in place wish us luck.

Classic fit ups to a predetermined conclusion purely to impress Senior Mgt or HR or on the orders of Senior Managers / RM HR with these "strategic suspensions /dismissals " , ASDA tried the same game with the GMB and the scrapeaway "idea " to soften people up .

The GMB have taken ASDA to Tribunal a few times and won three figure sums for determent against legitimate Trade union activity .

A Corrupt arrogant , bloody minded business , but RM want a subservient sweetheart union as they've stuff to railroad through .

I could not have put it better myself , a guy headlined front page in local paper [SACKED FOR NO REASON] took company to ET won Â£42000 his case mim'ics ours ,I just hope the ET Judges make an example of RM us little people do beat the bullyboys now & again
