Under the the way forward agreement is 30 min for up to 7 hour's ,7 hour's 1 min = 40 min relief 9 hour's =50 min relief and the next one is 11 hour's = 60 min relief i don't think i will bother posting the next one hope this help's you!.

PT staff are enitled to the same meal breaks as FT, which depends on the attendance length:

Attendance length................total breaks

Less than 2 hrs 30 mins........none (a 10 min grace break should br provided if work permits)
2 hrs 30 to 3 hrs..................10 mins
3 hrs 1 to 3 hrs 30 mins........15 mins
3 hrs 31 to 4 hrs 59 mins......20 mins
5 hrs to 7 hrs.......................30 mins

(And you get the same breaks on overtime).
