Still buying more shares. He must think there's a good outcome coming......for him. Which means probably not for us.

Why wouldn’t he buy more shares?, the price has hit the floor, doesn’t necessarily mean he knows something

He bought some last week as well. Its ironic that if the company did go in to administration then Kretinsky could buy it on the cheap :hmmmm

There's just enough bad news about to keep the price nice and low while VESA increase their holding. Two purchases of 1% only 3 days apart do suggest to me that it's only a matter of time.
There's still a lot of potential value in the shares, either through RMG making some changes and becoming profitable or them going into administration, so I'm sure VESA will do well with almost any outcome.
I lumped on for more when the price fell below 200p a little while back, and I'm hopeful that'll turn a nice profit.
All in my opinion - I don't know any more than most of us.

I don't really know what to make of vesa, they look like the big evil bad guy but when they took a majority share in foot locker a few years back the money was used to expand the company and buy more property for them

It really depends on the narrative. We have established that IDS as a whole is worth X but if you take a negative Y (royal mail) it will be worth much more. This is what it is all about. To squash unprofitable letter deliveries and expand, capitalize on the parcel growth. They know full well, future is in online shopping and there is huge potential if done right. In my opinion greed got in the way and they may miss the opportunity because they still could have an advantage if they kept us on board. All it could take was to offer slightly better pay rise with some change some 8-10months ago. We would be in a lot better position now.

The moment IDS is split and royal mail sold off IDS shares will go much higher. I am sure of it this is why he buys more.

As far as I can work VESA haven't invested previously in foreign postal companies just to turn them into gig economy type employers who just then deliver parcels.

Did the share price dip when there was chatter about RM going into administration? Smacks of market manipulation.

No? But VESA have promptly upped their holding by 2% since the chatter so that could well have stopped the SP falling?

Who knows what's going on perhaps DW is also involved in keeping the share price low and we're just being used by all 3 sides, ISD/VESA/CWU.

Foreign investor Vesa Equity Investment has increased its stake in Royal Mail’s parent group to more than 25%.
The share price is relative stable big banks saying 1.30 floor to around 3.50 shows the uncertainty .I would not lose sleep wexare mere pawns and not git a clue .for ne Thomson is enept at everything he touches very well paid at being useless see track abd trace etc etc
